Psychiatry, to me, is a unique blend of science and art form that can relieve patients' misery to give them the wherewithal to bear up to normal stresses.

As a psychiatrist, I help patients manage or prevent mental, emotional, and behavioral symptoms while exploring the causes and determining effective treatment. I utilize psychotherapy, medication, genetic testing, laboratory tests, and coordination with other professionals. In the office I treat conditions like depression, the bipolar spectrum, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, etc., but sometimes a hospital or specialized facility is necessary.

My goal is to provide the psychiatric services that are appropriate for my patients’ needs. I strive to help them as best I can or direct them to the proper therapies.
